We’re currently looking to bring on Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs) to our growing team!

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

· Current CNA License required

· Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.

· Must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic work environment.

· Capable of making responsible choices and decisions in the best interests of residents.

· Uphold knowledge and adhere to stringent infection control procedures.

· Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.

· Possess a sincere affection and interest in providing care and support to the senior population.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

· Providing assistance and support to seniors who are functionally, physically, and/or memory impaired.

· Assisting or supervising residents with activities of daily living while promoting their independence and freedom of choice, aligned with the philosophy of assisted living.

· Maintaining strict adherence to infection control procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

· Collaborating with team members to coordinate and implement resident care plans effectively.

· Communicating with residents and their families to address needs, concerns, and preferences compassionately.

· Upholding professional standards of conduct and ethics in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues.

· Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in senior care.

· Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for residents.
